Wrigley Field changes expected for Opening Day

What’s new around the ballpark?

The “Noodle” (a giant yellow elbow macaroni advertisement) has been moved to the corner of Clark and Addison. It sits in front of the new “Cubs Store,” which will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will sell game-used baseballs, bats, bases and pitching rubbers, among other items. The building was constructed by 1060 Media, which is a company in which the Ricketts family is a part investor.

Also Wrigley’s exterior has a new look, with banners of Cubs players adorning the façade.
