Neighbors near the new Park at Wrigley outside the ballpark will have a chance to get in shape this summer with free classes.
The plaza will host boot camp, yoga, pilates and a weekly running club from June 12 through the end of August.
Local fitness group Shred415 will lead a running club that will convene on the plaza at 6 p.m. Mondays, excluding game days. Runners can meet at the south edge of the park.
Boot camp-style training will take place on Wednesdays starting June 14. Trainers from CrossTown Fitness and certified personal trainer Kate Lemere will lead the 7 a.m. high-intensity interval training.
Pilates and yoga sessions will be offered through Mind Fuel Wellness and Bloom Yoga Studio, which is based in Lincoln Square. The two will host alternating sessions at 7 a.m. Thursdays starting with Mind Fuel’s first class June 15.
