MESA, Ariz. — Tom, Todd, Laura and Pete Ricketts will be on hand Friday morning for the opening of ticket sales at Wrigley Field, greeting fans in line with coffee and Dunkin Donuts.

The new Cubs owners will be available to address fans’ questions about everything from the new bathrooms to Lou Piniella’s future.

Tickets go on sale at the box office at 8 a.m., with a random wristband system being used again. Wristbands are available at Wrigley until 10 tonight.

Fans hoping to get through the phone lines Friday can call 1-800-The-Cubs, beginning at 10 a.m., while the virtual waiting room for Internet sales opens at 9:30 a.m. at the Cubs’ Web site.
