Monday Night Run Club at The Park with Shred415

Whether you are just getting started or training for your next big race, join us all summer long for Monday Night Run Club with Shred415. Each class will include warm-up stretches, a two – four mile run, 20 minutes of body weight exercises and cool down stretches. If you are looking to get into better shape, add more miles to your week or find a new fun fitness community, Monday Night Run Club with Shred415 is a perfect fit.

Monday Night Run Club with Shred415 is free for everyone. Walkers, joggers and hardcore runners are all welcome.


Shred415 was created by Chicago fitness experts Bonnie Micheli and Tracy Roemer, who bring more than 25 years of fitness-training experience to Shred415’s seven locations. The Shred415 experience is an instructor-led, calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all levels of clients.
