Friendly service a sticking point with the Ricketts family

The Cubs hope to step up their fan-relationship department by also hiring a chief hospitality officer, whose sole job it will be to check with fans on a daily basis to make sure their experience at Wrigley Field is going well.

The new CHO will have 20 to 30 young people per game helping fans satisfy any problems they are having that they in their ballpark experience.

Friendly service by ballpark employees is a sticking point for the Ricketts family. This new department will be established with its sole purpose being to help fans maximize their day and experience at Wrigley field.
